Personal Characteristics and Qualities

I am excited by children, especially their creativity and curiosity, and have always been sensitive to their feelings and their unique individual approaches to learning. It is important to me that all people be treated with respect and kindness, and that every child be given the opportunity to express the truth as they experience it. My life experience has taught me patience, perseverance and loyalty. Solving problems as they emerge is important to me, since I am more interested in helping to find solutions than in assessing blame. Personally, I focus on goals rather than dislikes. I am a detail-oriented, results-driven, efficient, punctual person who works well under pressure, meets deadlines and maintains confidences. Also, I am interested in athletics, physical fitness for children, and would enjoy coaching soccer and swimming as well as other sports.
