To Whom It May Concern,
Sarah Benson-Kuhnle is a Title I paraprofessional who has worked in my second grade classroom throughout the
2008-2009 school year. As a support, Sarah worked with small groups of At Risk, Title I students guiding them through classroom assigned work. Sarah took direction from me, but also created ways to reach the students in her group to better meet the needs of those students. Because she works with the same group of students on a daily basis, she has become very aware of how each individual in her group is motivated, therefore uses that to influence the student to do their best work. Students enjoy working with her as she has built a rapport with her group of students.

Sarah is confident in the direction she supplies the students she works with. She is also willing to try-out new ideas and takes trainings as necessary. She is ready to take the next step in her educational career. Sarah will make a great contribution to your school community.
